AHC Rules Against Missouri Agent
The Missouri Administrative Hearing Commission ruled that the Missouri Department of Insurance has cause to take action against AAAA Aces Bonding Company, Inc. AAAA president, Jerry Clay, did not appear before the commission. In a ruling dated February 15, 2006, the AHC ruled against the company for failing to pay bond forfeitures in several counties and municipalities in southwest Missouri. According to the Department of Insurance's website, Jerry Clay is no longer a licensed agent in Missouri.

AHC Hearings Scheduled for Bondsmen
The Administrative Hearing Commission has scheduled hearings for four Missouri bondsmen who have felony convictions. Last fall, the Missouri Department of Insurance filed complaints against these bondsmen. The hearings are scheduled as follows:
