Bondsman Uses Newspaper to Nab Fugitives
A Texas bondsman has found that printing the mug shots of fugitives in the local newspaper has been an effective tool in fugitive apprehension. The bondsman, Herman Rover, does not like to use bounty hunters, so he found that offering a reward in the local newspaper has generated tips that lead to apprehensions.
