MO Bail Bond Association Reinstated

The Missouri Professional Bail Bond Association, Inc., (MPBBA) has had their corporate registration reinstated by Missouri Secretary of State Robin Carnahan. MPBBA was administratively dissolved on May 31st by the secretary of state’s office for failing to maintain a corporate office/agent and for failing to fail the required annual report. The charter was reinstated last week after MPBBA re-established a corporate agent/address and filed the appropriate paperwork. MPBBA’s corporate offices were formerly located at Virgil Lee Jackson’s business office. Jackson has been in federal custody since last October after being arrested for conspiracy to commit murder. At the time of his arrest Jackson worked for MPBBA president, Jack Allison of Mexico, MO. Jackson now maintains his bail bond license under James Darby of Troy, MO. MPBBA’s new corporate offices are located in the bail bond office of Gary Darby of Warrenton, MO. Gary Darby works for both his son, James Darby, and Allison.
